- Missing Items
If you receive your order and find any item(s) missing, please notify us within 8 hours of delivery by sending an email to info@grofeenow.com. Kindly include:
- A clear photo of the delivered package
- A description of the missing item(s)
We will verify the issue and ensure appropriate redressal as quickly as possible.Â
- Damaged Items
We sincerely apologize if any item reaches you in a damaged condition. Please send us:

Once verified, we will ship a replacement package promptly at no extra cost.Â
- Stale or Inconsistent Ingredients
If you find any ingredient stale, spoiled, or inconsistent in quality, please report it to us within 8 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of ingredients, we are unable to investigate or process claims raised after this time period, as we cannot ascertain whether the issue occurred during transit or due to post-delivery storage.Â
- Wrong Products Delivered
If an incorrect product is delivered, please notify us within 8 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will ship the correct product as quickly as possible at no additional charge.Â
- Promotional Items
Items provided as part of a promotional offer or free giveaway are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.Â
- Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded, until there are concerns listed here or any other exception for which our team will coordinate with you and asses internally before processing it further.Â
